Please send us an inquiry for the jewelry price with your email address or other contact information, like facebook, whatsapp, skype and wechat. One of our staff will get back to you as soon as possible.
How to pay for my order?
We accept western union, Wise and bank transfer. 50% deposit and 50% before shipping – we will make video and photos of the the products to confirm with you before shipping. For small orders, you will need to pay in advance. For larger orders, the payment terms is negotiable.
Do you make 18k gold jewelry for personal buyer or only for wholesaler?
Actually many of our customers are personal buyers. You can order fine quality brand jewelry for your family, friends and yourself at factory prices. Even it will be great if you are a jewelry re-seller. Surely the price for wholesalers will be a bit better. If you are a jewelry resellers, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Does it come with original brand box?
Answer: Normally we don’t suggest with brand boxes considering on the shipping limit. But Yes, if it is a must, it will come with original packaging and certificate.

What diamonds do you use?
All of our jewelry and watches are set with the highest quality diamonds and precious stones. On all of our stock items we use hand selected diamonds VS clarity in G color (clear white). If you require another specification, we can also supply diamonds with VVS/VS clarity for a higher cost. We also use various gemstones such as emeralds, rubies, sapphires and black onyx depending on custom requirements.
Do my jewelry and watches come with diamond and gold certificates?
Yes, the jewelry and watches we make are sent to you with a certificate. However, not every diamond comes with a certificate (for less then 0.3ct/each will not come with GIA certificate, the original items don’t offer the certificate either), and when we purchase diamonds, we do so in large 100 carat loose diamond parcels. Every parcel has a certificate, but not every diamond. A typical fully set diamond watch has over 1000 diamonds so we cannot provide a separate certificate for each diamond. On all of our stock watches we use G color (clear white) hand selected diamonds with VS clarity. if you need other sizes we can also provide diamonds with VVS/VS clarity for a higher fee.
If I have a problem with the size of a bracelet or ring, will you adjust its size?
Yes, we will resize a ring up to two sizes up or down within 30 days of purchase at no charge.If you would like to know your size and you are in China, please contact us to make an appointment so we can check it accurately. If you are out of town, we recommend visiting a local jeweler to check your correct size before purchasing.
Can I return the product?
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, and we therefore accept returns on all 18k jewelry. You will have 7-days from the date you received your product in which to make a return. The item must be returned to us in the same condition as when purchased (on which we have full discretion), and therefore must be unworn & include original packaging and any relevant paperwork. If we did not have the item in-stock, and your product was made-to-order, then a stocking fee of up to 20% can apply should you wish to return your item.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund, however, at our own discretion, may refund a proportion of the original purchase price. This is dealt with on a case-by-case basis, where we will exercise fair practice to the very best of our possibility based on the condition of the item being returned.
You must be able to produce a receipt or proof-of-purchase in order to return an item. Any authorized refund will be repaid in the same or similar form as originally paid.
